KOWI SEI

Sacred land

Between the beach and the lagoon.

At KOWI SEI, land, an inland lagoon and an untouched beach share one setting.

A wooden path making its way through dense tropical greenery.

What is sacred is not what we build. It is what we choose not to touch.

The Caribbean, from your home.

KOWI SEI proposes homes for living among the trees. The bungalows rise above the greenery and open toward the sea, in signature architecture by architect Didier Rincón.

A property to live in, rent out and build a family legacy.

KOWI SEI is a low-density residential project on Colombia's Caribbean coast, half an hour from Cartagena.

Land becomes valuable when someone treats it as more than square meters to subdivide.

The home
A bungalow or a residence of your own, in signature architecture, among the trees and with access to an untouched beach.
Its use
To live in, return to, rent out and build a family legacy.
What is shared
Restaurant, pool, spa, yoga and wildlife watching, planned as shared amenities and kept apart from the private home.
How to see it
The dossier gathers the project details. The visit shows you the land.

Commitments to the land

  • Clean, restore and reforest the land.
  • Build among the trees, without replacing the landscape.
  • Protect what deserves protection, and leave the beach, the lagoon and the wildlife that lives there untouched.

These are the project's commitments. Progress will be published with dates and photographs from the site.

Where it stands
